wedding wednesday: toilet paper bride

toilet paper + wedding dress = fun bridal shower game.  but a contest with $1,000 going to the winner?  apparently so!  thanks to ny mag online, i found out about the florida contest that just awarded its seventh winner, susan brennan from michigan.  here's her chic TP sheath :

celeb style: blake lively in marchesa - round 2

the girl does it again!  this time with a funkier outfit than usual, but i love it no less than her many marchesa looks from the past [examples].  in fact, i may love it a bit more, due to the quirky factor.  i think if i had to rank it, this orange mini would be #2, second only to the breathtaking black/cream dress from '09.  but that's prob because i'm more into black.  but that's just me.

p.s. my business cards arrived & they are better than any picture could show!  the color ended up beautiful and the cardstock is nice & heavy.  not to mention the customer service was fantastic!  i'm so, so, soooooo happy & i definitely recommend tiny prints :)

some of the chicest childrens clothing i have ever seen!  perfect mix of preppy & quirky.  & for kids! ~

how is a $95 merino wool cardigan perfect for play?!  playing house, perhaps, or playing tea time.  but when i think of kids & "play," i envision running around and climbing trees and skinning knees - aka, getting dirty.  silly silly t.burch!
